Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations

Apartment reservations are not secured until the deposit has been paid in full.

2. Furniture and effects at the Property

The Visitor may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the Property and will be liable for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the Property.

3. Liability

Gklets will have no liability for any loss or damage financial or otherwise whatsoever incurred by the Visitor in booking and staying at GKLets Property.

Gklets will have no liability for the Visitor's personal Property left on the premises.

Gklets will endeavor to describe the Property and its position to the best of their ability and in good faith. No liability or damages will be accepted by GKLets for mis-description.  

4. Conduct

The Visitor shall maintain and leave the Property in a clean and tidy condition, or failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee being charged.

The Visitor shall not be guilty of conduct which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighboring occupiers (Eg. loud music) and will comply with the By-Laws that apply to the Property.

Animals (any kind) are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the Manager.

5. Right to inspect the Property and re-enter the Property

Gklets has the right to inspect the Property at any stage during the booking period.

Reasonable notice will be given by the Agent for the inspection unless the Agent has reasonable grounds to believe that the Property is being damaged or at risk.

Inspections may be of reasonable duration. In case the Property is on the market for sale during occupation by the Visitor, the Visitor will allow access for inspection by appointment.

If the Visitor breaches any term of this agreement the Property Provider may re-enter the Property.

6. Return of keys

The responsibility of guests to return all keys at departure, this may be by leaving them in the apartment or in person. Copies are available on request and no copied are to be made. Any replacement, loss of keys or failure to return keys will incur a £50.00 fee.

7. Property left in apartments

The responsibility of guests to ensure they have collect all personal belongings such as clothing, electronic devices such as mobile phones, chargers, computers and tablets.

If personal items are found in apartments we will make all efforts to return to guests however can accept no responsibility for there return, and any return will be at guest expense.

8. Cleaning

Additional cleaning is available at guests expense, prices on request depending on individual needs such as linen, time and condition. Apartments found to be in less that reasonably acceptable condition will incur an additional cleaning fee of £50.00
