1. How do I secure an apartment?

To secure an apartment we require a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% is payable 21 days before arrival. If a booking is made less than 21days before arrival, the full balance is due. 4% fee for Credit Card/Paypal payments.

2. What time are the check-in and check-out times?

Check out time 11am, Check in time 2pm. Outside these hours may be possible and this needs to be arranged in advance. A late check in fee of £40 is payable for arrivals after 10pm.

3. Is there a minimum rental period?

We normally have a minimum 3 night rental, but we can sometimes accommodate shorter visits if our bookings' schedule allows.

4. Are utility charges included in the rental rates that you have quoted?

Yes. The rental figure quoted is an inclusive amount. No other charges for things such as cleaning, linen, utilities or taxes will be added. We have a 4% merchant service fee for credit card transactions.

5. What are the number of occupants per serviced apartment?

Our apartments have different configurations which are detailed. The maximum number of occupants is agreed at time of booking.

6. What is the check in and collection of keys procedure?

A member of GKLets will meet you at the property with the keys and show you around the apartment.

7. How should I leave the apartment at check out?

The apartment should be left in a clean and tidy state. Clean and tidy is the state the apartment was in at the time of check in.

9. What do your apartments come with?

A welcome folder is found in all of the apartments with information and help on using the apartment and about the local area. We supply toilet paper, cleaning products and washing powder.

Television and broadband internet access are available. Please note we can not guarantee uninterrupted internet service due to unforeseen circumstances.

Iron & ironing board, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven or gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, electric kettle and toaster, bed linen and towels. We are happy to supply baby cots and high-chairs if required.

10. Do we provide cleaning services?

Cleaning can arranged for a fee of £40 (this includes bedlinen and towel change).

11. Cancellation

If you need to cancel your booking, please give us as much notice as you can.
Please note that we charge cancellation fees as follows:
Notice given less than 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total balance
Notice given less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total balance
Notice given less than 7 days or no prior notice: 100% of the total balance
We strongly advise the purchase of travel insurance to cover for any loss
